All our orders are fulfilled from our main  warehouse located in South Korea, with tracking numbers provided with every order.

For some items, you may notice shipping charges are higher than expected. This is due to the nature of shipping certain items that are large, fragile or have lithium ion batteries (e.g. head spa devices, steamer); these items must be shipped using UPS and their specialized courier services, leading to a higher shipping fee. Additionally, for items over $800 USD, UPS may charge an additional brokerage fee for handling customs. Please understand that these fees are out of our control.

All items are priced as listed. However, additional charges may appear as customs & duties when the item enters your country. Please bear this in mind before purchase.
