Warranty Coverage:
• Free replacement for: Motor, power supply unit, and foot switch.
• Self-repairable: Parts can be shipped, and online guidance is provided.
• Consumable parts (e.g. leather covers): Customers can replace them, and paid AS support is available through DOHI SPA America's customer service if needed.
International After-Sales Service (A/S) Support:
• Parts will be shipped, followed by real-time online AS guidance.
• Most repairs can be done using basic tools (e.g., screwdriver, wrench).
• DOHI SPA products are designed for easy self-repair without additional tools, allowing for quick part replacement after purchase.
